James M. Porfido was an Assistant Morris County Prosecutor from 1989-1997.  He was the Chief Prosecutor of the Vehicular Homicide and Assault by Auto Unit as well as the Chief of Sex Crimes and Child Abuse Unit.  He has been a Certified Criminal Trial Attorney, certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey since 1995, and was re-certified in 2002.  He has been actively engaged in the Prosecution and Defense of Criminal Matters for over 20 years.
